Missionaries

Ambassador’s vision is to be active in missions, both locally and abroad. The missions team is currently organizing local outreach opportunities in addition to discussing short and long-term mission trips abroad, and we’ll post the information as it becomes available.

For more information on the missions team, please contact Helen Oh.

  • The Roods [Japan, Tokyo]

RoodsMark and Jin Rood serve with the Navigators ministering to university students in western Tokyo. They lead a university club called the BEST (Bible, English, Sports, Travel) Club, as a platform to build relationships with students in order to share the Gospel in a relevant way.

Pray that God would deepen these relationships and prepare the students’ hearts to hear and respond to the gospel.

Tenwek Hospital’s mission statement highlights striving for excellence in three ministries—compassionate healthcare, spiritual ministry, and training for service.
